The new runewords are ladder only, you wasted your runes.

new runewords should be ladder only. only runewords that already existed should work like infinity in an amazon spear or insight in a bow, which are part of the new 2.4 patch.

The logic seems reasonable but is this for sure?
If I were simply guessing I could see it also just staying the same because the process which enables the runeword in non-ladder play takes effect once the season has finished.
it wont activate after ladder ends because it was made in non ladder.
someone has to make it in ladder and when ladder ends the item will transfer to non ladder
