The title kind of speaks for itself. i put the runes, in order as listed in the patch notes, into a 3 socket tiara and nothing happened other than me wasting Pul and Vex runes. i have a screenshot of it: (https://i.imgur.com/RKhIAGX.png) Is it bugged or do Tiaras and other circulets not count as helms? If thats the case, it may help to include that in the info somewhere for the runeword because i didnt see anything saying they were excluded from the runeword. Just really bummed i losted some hard to find runes over something silly like this.

Flickering Flame Rune Word is Ladder-only.
If that’s the case, this is NOT a bug.
