Hi, I just found a 4os Flail.
Do you think it is a good idea to put some Pgems or Runes in it and use it for Normal leveling, for different characters?
Or it is better to trade it?
They are only good for one important caster rune word, plus they are very common. If making a mace melee character, especially a barb, it’s a waste of stat points to equip it, as mace melee is best wielding hammers, which don’t require dex.
Trade it. A 6 sox crystal sword is better for levelling

I trade them, keep a few in a stash for a quick pul or some such rune when someone just wants a quick runeword.
Any of the go to socket items I keep at least one extra but using them for leveling is a good option low level.
I would keep it for “Heart of the Oak” runeword later if you have a caster. Requires a Vex tho.
Vex will not be easy to acquire and to be honest it is not mandatory to finish the game.
I would rather trade it, than keeping it just in case I find a Vex.
I mean, equipment in general for casters is not even “necessary” to finish the game, but ok King.
