im sick of the following

-chat bug- not being able to speak or see people chat in game

  • failed to authenticate- i get this atleast once or twice every day, same with loads of other people

the other day i played a terror zone in a p8 private game, i had chat bug for the entire hour…

also fix the malah bug where she walks away and then she says ‘‘i cannot complete that request’’

This bug has been there for 3 years now or so, don’t bother… they won’t fix crap about this game, i’ve complete given up on battle net because its so buged.

Yes, it’s a total disaster right now. I only play in hardcore mode, and the game freezes. Rest in peace. It’s just not fun.

One of the richest game publishers is not capable (or not be willing) of providing a stable, bug free experience.

For weeks now there is a pile of login errors. The game freezes now and then. Never had that before. And sometimes, the whole chat isn’t working. This never happened before, too.

What the heck is going on here??

And you want me to buy Diablo 4? No way.

if you were, for example, to bot hardcore, or use racism, or something like that. 100% they will be quick enough to act on that crap
but not quick enough to react to a game that actually doesnt work, i wonder if a trading standards for buying dodgy games is a thing…

if it doesnt get fixed, il contact trading standards because to this day, they are still selling copies of d2r, and the game doesnt work

please report the failed to authenticate to support Diablo II: Resurrected - Blizzard Support

Choose Technical → Get Help > Can’t Connect → Contact Us

Then explain the issue in detail (include a screenshot)

maybe it will get some visibility.

DO NOT put multiple issues on 1 support request though (leave out the chat bug and the “cannot complete request”) - they’re separate issues and you won’t help support help us sooner by piling them up

+1 for the chat bug. Haven’t gotten the others but the chat bug is certainly annoying. I was never sure if I accidentally pressed some “hide chat” hotkey or something.

I get it. It’s like their lowest priority game. I’m not a developer, nor do I manage a business, but some of these fixes seem like they would take no time at all…
