Loading screens sometimes freeze for a long time, but that is not the main issue.
Once you enter a waypoint/portal and the loading screen goes you can click with your mouse and move while in loading screen. This sometimes results in you spawning right in the middle of mobs (like tristram for example, you can move almost to deckard cain)
As a hardcore player, this can be how you die if you forget not to do it.
And yes, if you can fix the loading screens that sometimes take up to 3-5 minutes that would be great.

Yeah in Pindleskin area, I walk in and the dead are sometimes already walking around. Also sometimes dead loading in, the worst.
Suggestion until they do fix the issue: Don’t click while the loading screen is showing.
Hmm, dunno. Pindle entrance loads nearly instant for me. 
Teleblizz him, usually kill him quickly unless he’s CI. Enough time to examine drops and tele back before the others wake up.
This is not always a solution, sometimes your mercenary already started attacking monsters while in loading screen, like in A5 first waypoint. If there are many monsters and your merc dies you can die as well if the loading screen takes longer than usual, which happens often.

unfortunately I don’t have that luck. Sometimes it is okay but many times it is not.
What specs do you have that is causing 3-5 loading screens?
it bothers me and in single mode it is like that!
i7 7700 with 3060 and 16gb ram
Most loading screens are either instant or 2-3 seconds.
Sometimes there is an issue causing the loading screen to just stay there for over 1 minute
My loading screens last about 5 seconds.
Long freeze and death happened to me too
