I have a ticket open, but the responses are comically bad, its like they actively refuse.

I also opened a ticket and they told me that they were not aware of any problems. Apparently the ticket people don’t even read the forums. And of course they told me that I should check the connection and drivers on my computer, and all that nonsense. It’s outrageous.

same issue here. I think the game is off of support and off of maintenance :frowning:
