that’s because foh has a delay on casts, so fcr really only effects the cast speed and not the delay between each cast. idk why it gets it’s own breakpoints but so does orb and hydra lol

It’s not that FoH has it’s own breakpoints (it doesn’t), 15/39/86 refer to action frame (AF) breakpoints.
The total casting frames stay the same but the actual effect (action) of the cast takes place one frame earlier.
Casting animations consist of windup frames → action frame → backswing frames. When you reach an AF breakpoint you move 1 frame from the windup to backswing. Lets take the 86 FCR BP for example.
At the 75 FCR BP you have 10 frame casts. Each cast consists of 6 windup frames, frame 7 is the action frame, and then you have 3 backswing frames. 6/1/3, 10 frames total.
When you reach the 86 FCR BP on the Paladin then it becomes 5 windup frames, frame 6 is the action frame, then 4 backswing frames. 5/1/4, still 10 frames total.
This table shows all casting and action frame breakpoints for all classes, it’s in German but your browser should be able to translate it well enough to be understandable. The big number is the total casting frames and the subscript number is the action frame.
You can even see some interesting quirks for the Amazon, her action frames are influenced by her weapon type. Her action frame is 2-3 frames earlier with bows than javelins or spears.
