Just my initial feedback and reaction to this game after purchasing it. i bought one for me and one for my brother.
the sad thing is … we are playing SEPARATELY … why ? because its Online play mechanics and lag is just not appealing to us. its not fun, it maybe for hardcore competitive players but for those of us who are casual players, its just not that good.
so the one thing i wish from Blizzard is to finally allow us to play, with our own rules, a fully offline LAN game with family. no worrying about players duplicating loots and items ( its just for us anyway ), just simple original Diablo II LOD game that we can enjoy but with the updated version of Resurrected. the 30-day authentication for offline play is kind of annoying but bearable, but a 5 month authentication would be nice so whenever we get no internet connection we wont have to worry about the game asking us to authenticate it first because the 30 day authentication has expired.
I know its all for Anti-Piracy and I GET THAT i really do. but this game has not prevented bad copies and will probably not be able to prevent that in the future. its always going to be copied it didn’t solve that issue and we are bearing the brunt of it as paying customers.
ALSO the inventory sorting, was non-existent, and apparently it was because the devs thought we should enjoy clicking items across the screen or something like that. i wish they would hear us who are the ones playing the game. its painful to the fingers.
so its probably nothing, im just one out of the millions playing the game but this is just my feedback and i hope i did not offend anyone with my opinion i know a lot of the fans prefer it the way it is.
