¿It’s my first time playing any diablo games, any tip?

Hi buddy, I’ve been playing this game from the beginning and all characters have potential just pick 1 you have the most fun with and go from there, I play on switch and PlayStation just hit me up if you need any help?

First couple characters just go have fun, mess around. After that look up some guides for char builds.

Get any MF you can get you hands on, but make sure you don’t hurt other attributes too much. The first 100% or so is the most effective for uniques and it’s a diminishing rate is return.

It’s a 20 year old game so it’s pretty solved.

I do offline play and like that as you can crank it up to players 8 to get more exp when online switch limits it to 4 players

How do you raise player count to 8 on console?

It’s only available in offline in the settings. 4th section there is an option with a bar there to adjust player count. I’m not on to give specific details.

Here’s a solid tip, OP:

  • save gems, always be transmuting
  • save runes (might have to look up transmute recipes after Ort and up)
  • socket items can make for awesome low level runewords
  • make sure you do Countess runs for low level runeword gear

just a few basics, nothing special.

Quick edit:
I forgot to mention - you’ll get a tool in act 2, the Horadric Cube. You use that for transmuting stuffs.
So you might feel like you’re hoarding gems, till you obtain your cube.
