I’ve been playing d2r since launch have picked up items worth more than a ber rune, eg, grif that sorc Bis weapon, eth near perfect roll BIS items etc. But for some reason seeing an innocent Ber Rune dropped a random normal monster in a chaos run just hits different, the high is so much more. Even now , i can feel my heart still racing 10 mins later. Farmind done for today.
Nice find!
At least you saw it. It sucks when they’re buried in a pile of 98,374,891,234 health and mana potions.
I can’t help but wonder, how many high runes have I missed because the screen is flooded with item labels? If Blizzard really wants to bring some more gameplay QoL to the game, something has to be done about the deluge of health/mana potion labels.
There’s many ways they could do it… Item label prioritization. A basic loot filter. Combining same item labels into one and earmarking them with a (#). Even simply reducing the number of potions that drop.
I think not having potions drop from all three acts in hell would be enough…hell should only drop Greater and Super and Large Rejuv. No one needs stam or thaw or anecdote potions in hell, nix them. No one’s throwing poisons or oils or bombs in hell, bye. That would solve a lot of it right there.
i found ohm + jah in one game, 15 minutes apart. i have never felt anything like that. but big ups on the ber ! so fun to find
i had my first ber early last season and then i carefully stashed it and it collected dust all season as i kept not getting the jah or another ber
i quit the season before using the ber. funny how valuable it is but at the same time its only half of what you need lol
Found a Ber for the 1st time this season this morning horking in the TZ Pits…
Ber is always a good find. Don’t have to spend 10 hours trading it or trying to price it perfectly. A ber is a ber and almost always useful for your build.
I know this feeling with my first Cham rune drop a few weeks ago. I was sooooo lucky till i found out
No one want that
But still the highest rune drop since LoD Release.
