There’s concerns in the community at the moment where the fire mastery bug fix will “double dip” and apply twice:

Once when the sorceress has cast enchant on herself (which it’s damage is boosted by fire mastery) which then gets added onto the exploding arrow damage, and
-
Again when the exploding arrow is actually shot.
The expected behaviour is fire mastery only applies to the exploding arrow portion of the total exploding arrow damage.
The concern at the moment is fire mastery applies to the entirety of the total exploding arrow damage, including onto any damage applied via enchant (which already had fire mastery applies to it prior) and flat fire damage from items.
Can we get some clarification of what the actual behaviour of this will be in the final 2.6 build and if the latter, if this will be reviewed by the Dev team?
