I guess if you’re doing players 1 content, then exploding arrow is fine, but for higher players difficulty, you really should be using immolation arrow together with exploding arrow.
You also should get more points into dexterity and penetrate to help improve your chance to pierce vs unique monsters.

Very facet heavy but this is by far the highest DPS setup.
