Finally, my first "BER"!

It finally happened!! After 7 months I got my first “BER” from cows. Juhuuu!! I wanted to share my luck with you.

First not realizing and not believing.
And BOOM the rush from seeing the BER on the ground can not be descript.

How long did it take for you to get one? And where did it drop for you?

Please share your experience and how it felt. :slight_smile:

Yep, one of those moments where when a Ber or other high rune drops, you end up picking two things up… The rune, and your jaw from the floor.

Yeah the drop rates are low in the game, but when those nice items do drop, it creates that great feeling that keeps me coming back for more.

i’ve been heavily playing D2 in single player since 2015 and i couldn’t find a single Ber. Found plenty of others, a couple of zods even. But then in a few years my famous “2 ber 1 run” happened.

Thats it the nice part of the game. Had this great feeling only two time since lanche, first time was the Griffons right befor Chrismas ^^

Now starts the 7 moth wait for the first JAH xD

I hunt a ber rune or 2 Sur runes on LK on p7 for over 2000 runs, which took me a whole week and still haven’t seen any of these.

Nice drop my dude! It feels great to see something nice like that get thrown to the ground. I got my 1st Ber drop a couple weeks ago gathering keys in arcane sanctuary. I played D2 back in the day, and D2R since around December. I couldn’t tell you if a specter or hell clan dropped it, but I was like “no way!”.

Got mine about… umm week and a half ago? After a few thousand chaos and trav runs. :stuck_out_tongue: Had already found 2 jahs and a cham by the time I got it. Strangely enough both the jahs came from areas I wasn’t really farming, just happen to be passing through (tower 4 and aracane)

Perfectly normal phenomenon :joy:
The 3 “SURs” i found since lanche drop too from areas I was passing through… dont even remember where it happend :sweat_smile:

I don’t think lk super chests can even drop ber runes. I thought it stopped lower than that

Found a Ber off a corpse in LK in the past. Just a simple corpse flip. This was on PlugY though. don’t know if they altered the game at all or not.

Got 2 bers in one day running nihlathak for keys.

Found mine in the AS off one of the Ghosts; found a couple of Surs the same way. Still can’t find a frickin’ Lo to save my life! :cry:

I’m starting to think LO is more rare than SUR. Haven’t see one at all too :sweat_smile:

Man I’ve had a crazy day on runes… Got a Vex this afternoon… then late tonight found another Vex… then was watching some youtube song covers and the very next run found a another Ber…

Think this might have been the best rune luck I’ve ever had.

A Vex then a Ber 9 minutes apart? Hell yeah.

I’ve been playing Diablo 2 since 2000. I’ve never found a Ber, I never even saw a Ber on the ground picked up by another player. And I have no problem with that.

Found 2 bers in d2r from travs, hella excited since i have never found any HRs in d2lod despite playing that for so long for so many years before… resisted the urge to screenshot for the fear my game client might hang lol

Week 2 game launch, lower kurast super chest. jah took 6 months. Making my own enigma solo self found felt amazing.
