Me and my friend obtained 3 sets of key (Key of Hate • Key of Terror • Key of Destruction) in a very normal way, and used it 40 minutes ago (10:05pm in Korea) to get 3 red portals in Act 5. We were going to get items for Tristan from the boss in each red portal. After catching the first boss Duriel and acquiring the Eye of Baal, the game ended with the phrase ‘unable to join server’ suddenly popping up. Then we couldn’t attend the game that we opened the red portals. Also, the ‘Eye of Baal’ that my friend obtained has also disappeared. We have evidence for this and keeping it. Nearly 200 Korean users were watching the situation in real time since we were using online broadcasting platform. (we can leave link to video if you want). This is very embarrassing and I think it should be compensated. We want a recovery in that situation. Please return at least 3 sets of keys back to us.
HAHAHAH! The fact that anyone thinks they are entitled to compensation for launch problems is amuzing… At this point, you are lucky to be playing.
sure… get mad. But your only recourse is to refund and take you money and business elsewhere. That’s it. There is no other option, because nobody is getting anything in the way of compensation, in game or out of it.
Making demands of Blizzard (or any gaming company) isn’t going to be very productive when you have zero leverage. Lots of people have problems playing… but lots aren’t.
We can either wait, be nice to each other, and understanding of the poor overworked gerbils running the servers, or we can quit and walk away.
I don’t care about compensation.
It’s either getting fixed or refund for me.
But the fact that this is easy to solve, and was known allready back in beta is blowing my mind. Why didn’t they fix it? Don’t they care?
What are they spending time on? Did they just go on weekend?
Where is the loyality, the respect for the players paying their paychecks?

This, from blizzard, is a directly middle finger straight to our faces, and some people actually defend them? That i don’t get.
I was patient, i did defend them myself, even tho i knew it was easy fixable, and i hoped it would be in a short timeframe, but this… This is just not okay.
And when a company gives their players the middle finger straight, it’s okay to share the cases, and get the word out. They should not be protected in this.
They need to learn from it, and they need to know that their players is not accepting it, and will leave them if they keep things like this happening.
If i buy a burger at mac donalds, i wont wait for 30 days to get it either, but 5 minutes is okay. There’s a limit for everything.
So what’s your time frame? We’ve been told that they are shooting for a Monday fix for the AVX issue. And they are working on the locked characters… so, what are you going to do?
It seems the best course of action is to refund and rebuy when/ if they get everything fixed to your liking… or not rebuy and go find something else.
Blizzard won’t really care about what’s posted on the forums. They WILL notice a large chunk of sales disappearing due to massive numbers of refunds.

I do wanna support blizzard, as long as they don’t disrespect us.
And at this point, i’m starting to feel disrespected.
I do wanna play the game, but if i do a refund, i will not rebuy.
So my situation is to “hold on” for as long as i feel acceptable and thereafter do a refund if it’s not fixed. But all this has nothing to do with my post.
The fact is that the company is giving the players the middle finger, and that’s not okay. If i payed them or not doesn’t change this. There’s plenty reason to go on for, that confirms it.
The error was known in beta.
The error is a quickfix (Unless they give new information on the subject)
They havent said anything for 20 hours.
For all we know, they could just have went home to have their weekend and are enjoying their time off laughing at us. (Probably not the exact case), but… For all we know, that’s what could be happening.
