I’m sure this has been asked before, but I can’t find it:
A pair of green items has increased my Attack Speed by 20%. If I add a Shael rune to my socketed weapon, it will also increase my Attack Speed by 20%. Will these stack to give me 40%, or will the game just ignore one of them?
Yes bonuses like this stack.

If I remember correctly, the increased attack speed in the weapon applies locally to the weapon and bonuses from other places apply to the attack speed of your attacks, rather than the attack speed local to the weapon. Just like when you find a weapon with increased attack speed as a mod in it and you notice it changes the description of it’s attack speed. For example on a weapon that’s normally got a “fast” tag it would become “very fast”.
But that may not be accurate.
