I have been stuck like this since ~9pm yesterday. 12 HOURS. And they haven’t even acknowledged this or replied to anyone about it? This is ridiculous.

i forgot to mention that even though PD2 devs could not fix this issue, they were willing to reset the servers every 3 hours to get characters unstuck from limbo. hopefully blizzard can do something similar for you guys

Soon 9 hours in… If by old ways of working they should have rebooted the servers 3 times by now

9 hours later for me, still nothing. Cant even play a new character

Blizzard what the hell ?! Been 5 hours for me now and I cannot play. Can’t join or create any games. Not even with new characters?! What the actually f*** is going on?!

Since 5 hours ago I can’t play softcore in any region (americas, europe, asia). Trying to create/join games with my existing characters I get error messages as below:
“Failed to Enter Game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again later.”.
“An issue occurred while communicating with the game servers. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again.”

If I try to create a new softcore hero and create/join game, it says: “Error creating game” or “Join failed”.
Strangely, hardcore hero can be played.

May I know how much longer I need to wait for my heroes to be “unlocked”?

I have the same problem. My character is still in a game and I cant play any other character in Hardcore mode only softcore.

but nobody wants to delete their character that defeats the purpose. And also i’ve tried deleting characters it doesn’t work
