Failed to join channel

Hi, I’ve noticed when I enter the Lobby, I can’t join any channels, nor view any of the chats within it.

The error comes up as a red text: “Failed to join channel: General”.

I am on PC.

Same. no trade or general channel available to me for a few days now. did the reboot and check for patches. no luck

Same on EU. One way to fix the item shop spam, i guess. :smiley:

same problem here, almost drives me crazy. anyone got a solution?

i have the same issue in Europe, i Hope that will be fixed soon. The Support to create a Ticket is not working well. no Answer right now / so fingers cross

“Failed to join channel” No chat and no people in lobby… Reported to blizzard, no answer… At least 2 weeks now… Tried everything I thought of :frowning: I’m disappointed with customer service.

Looks like the same circus all over again, new game lunched so … the old one. Spammers running like they own the place. Chat not working. Is it really worth ?

Blizzard don’t care they got yo money , now they busy with d4 and immortal xD and btw i also got that bug since i bought the game.

This is almost a month of this now. Is it really that nasty of a bug or are we being ignored? It was working, now not, and it happened on a certain day. fairly obvious spot to start bug checking i would think.

sorry im not englisch , you must try google translater.
no infos at the support in german , a link to forum 10 minutes later.
4-6 weeks the problem, that after launcher ingame , the game say me this text , i cant write with other gamers … when i make a game its works, i can write with myself , ore when a gamer come in too.
sorry but bevor that problem , when i join or make a game , the chat jump automatik in trade “Handel” … i ignore some people before i realisiert that not i make , good work to make better grafik, but so why kill the diablo 2 chat ? whats wrong … hm i hope you make a update to solve the chat problems, thx go work ^^
