No matter the solutions I’ve tried which has been every single one on these forums it gives me the Failed to Initialize Graphics Device and claims my PC does not meet the minimum requirements. I have ran DDU for clean driver install, and everything is up to date. The odd thing is if i run the D2R.exe i can run it which is fine but sometimes i forget and try to launch it through the launcher where this issue is at.
Any help would be appreciated.

This sounds like the app is either corrupt or it’s picking up the onboard graphics card. I would look into updating the onboard card (Most likely intel) and reinstalling the app fully.
Sometimes the app files corrupt so badly the only fix is to reinstall the app, which requires some files to be deleted. This can solve a whole host of issue with the app, including the issues it’s currently having. Thankfully the app is fairly small so it won’t take long to reinstall.
· Press the Windows Key+R on keyboard
· Type %ProgramData%
· Hit enter
· Delete Blizzard Entertainment and Battle.net Folders
· Empty Recycle Bin
· Uninstall and reinstall the app, please reinstall onto the C drive
Tried everything to the point but still the same error.
Edit: even tried recently uninstalling Battle.net and everything Blizzard related and still nothing
