How long did it take to get resolved last time? This is first time happening to me

in Beta it didnt resolve. I just didnt played more.
When the game realise, september 23, it happend too, i takes 4-5 hours if i’m not wrong. And now, i just really dont know, this is not more the release date, i dont know if they are looking for it too much again.

Interestingly enough, I made a HC character and no issues. None of my SC characters can enter game though.
