cmon blizz just restart em at least those of us who haven’t been able to play for over 15 hours can at least attempt to get on

I Found the fix, uninstall and ask for a refund. works 100% of the time.

Since 8 hours ago I can’t play softcore anymore in any region (americas, europe, asia). Trying to create/join games with my existing softcore characters I get error messages as below:
“Failed to Enter Game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again later.”.
“An issue occurred while communicating with the game servers. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again.”
If I try to create a new softcore hero and create/join game, it says: “Error creating game” or “Join failed”.
Strangely, hardcore hero can be played.
May I know how much longer I need to wait to be able to play d2r? Many people are currently playing w/o issues and gaining unfair advantage! I also got paid time off from my work to play d2r, i guess i wasted my vacation days in vain?z

all they have to do is restart the servers until they find the fix. mind blowing they arent doing that.

resolving issues doesn’t mean they are resolving them in production environment, they are finding and resolving issues which will then be pushed live. relax

they unlocked a
account for me. my character has been removed … 60lvl
still stuck since around 5 pm EST last night. The full on server resets seemed to fix it, but the maintenance around 9ish EST did nothing. Won’t let me log in on any alts since my main is stuck in game, every other character gives me an internet problem message or a black screen when trying to log in.
