I think we can give up by now, they clearly don’t care enough to even acknowledge the issue, let alone fix it. I played my character to hell on thursday and was locked out of the game since friday (36 hours and counting). Only mass refunds might trigger something.
This has to be the biggest screw up in gaming history I’ve ever come across. And I played League of Legends on EUW server for 10 years.

over 2k people, they obviously don’'t care. Ruined our weekend of relaxing game play. They didn’t care in early 2000’s, they don’t care now.
only fix is a class action law suit.
