I am so extremely annoyed. I started playing HC ladder and I thought d2r ROTW is on sale let me finally make purchase another copy for my secondary Bnet account that I’ve had since 2022(own d4 on it and some other random wow stuff) it’s not a brand new battle net account.
So I wanted another account to have my own BO barb,
I had some bnet balance so I used that to purchase the game and I sent it as a gift to my other bnet account. I claimed the bnet gift on my other account and I launched the game and it keeps saying failed to authenticate when I try to play online. It’s been roughly 17 hours since this happened. I’ve tried so many things, I’ve wiped login cache, bnet folders, changed regions, made sure this account is verified for security reasons, nothing is working. I can log into my main account online with no problems but when I launch my other account ( mind you launching it solo so no other sessions active) it doesn’t let me go online and says failed authenticate .
Can anyone assist or a forum mod or game master idk if those even exist for this game . I did create a support ticket I am waiting on that but I really just want to play when I get off work. Has anyone dealt with this before
