It’s been super frustrating…I’m sitting at Failed to Authenticate for a while now and I can’t even connect!
I am getting this as well, and have gone through the entire process with a support ticket, but they’ve now sent me to the forum to get an answer.
This is completely unacceptable, there is literally no support provided by blizzard any longer.
Same here. Also tried support ticket and got that terrible answere as well. It is definitly a Blizzard problem. I tried everthing i could, including alternative internet connections. This authentification problem came with the last update.
