I am constantly getting “Failed to authenticate” error when trying to login on EU softcore.
I know loads of people have same issues. Normally you can just skip between singleplayer and online few times and then it works, but now i am getting failed to authenticate a lot longer.
Is this something anyone are aware of and actively trying to fix?
I’ve seen this for about a week now. The game starts fine but then fails to get into online mode. No matter how often i click “Online” it simply refuses.
Workaround: quit and restart the game. Got online every time by now this way.
Doesn’t work for me to quit the game and restart.
Have same issue on Europe for over a week. When we can expect fix?
This is an EU server issue. Jump to US and it’s smooth.
EU takes several tries to log in, sometimes 3-4-5 times. It’s disheartening. Seems lile server outage
Feels useless writing here even lol.
there’s no “softcore” when you authenticate 
but i got it too. every other time i get this error on EU. Never on americas or asia
Too many issues on EU server. Recently there were random latency spikes on EU as well. Before that we had issues with game creations (too long, failed at all…)
When this will be fixed?
Game chat basically doesn’t exist on Europe.

This authentication BS on EU Realm now went on for a MONTH and it’s getting ridiculous!

Same here, tried to restart, tried to switrch to aisa, or amerika and play a minute with a char.
Still nothing.
Always failed to authenticate on EU server.
Please fix. It’s just sad now.
Write support tickets (i wrote 2 on EU and US regions). Tag u/PezRadar on reddit and wherever else you can. Make noise everywhere you can (but please be politically correct and polite!). There is too much noise on this forum from people complaining about not actual issues, just matters of taste, so blizzard probably don’t see the issue.
Do you politically correct want to know which kind of support you are dealing with when only very few and pretty obscure bugs hardly anyone cares about are fixed while self-introduced elephant herds remain, some of them for years now?
