Nobody is talking about this or mentioned it anywhere. The Nintendo switch handheld version is almost mute. You can barely here the footsteps or ambient sounds or attacks, using the blutooth speakers its barrable but still muddy and not clearly audible. This is not the case with diablo 3 or torchlight on the switch handheld mode they sound crisp and audible. Can someone help with contacting support to fix this issue?

I was about to post this as well. Its fine docked, but even with max volume setting and you can barely hear in hand held mode.

Happy someone else noticed this, hopefully blizz will issue a patch to fix it

I’m getting no voice from any npc’s in game… it worked the first day then stopped… all other sounds work fine. The switch has some real audio issues.

how do we contact support for the switch version? the only options are for mac and windows
