I’ve obtained all the waypoints on one character through a normal difficulty game but the trophy is not awarded. It’s been sometime since I’ve obtained the last waypoint, so I don’t think it’s a delayed timing thing.
I’m on PS4, if that helps.

Yes I’ve noticed the same issue. I’m unsure if it means all way points for every difficulty or just for one difficulty. I’m also on PS4.
I’m on PS5 and I got the trophy when I got all the waypoints on normal. So only one difficulty should be necessary.
I’m also on PS5, but did not get the trophy. Play on normal
I also am playing or normal on PS5 and have gotten all waypoints and no trophy pop….
I found the solution, another site reported the fix, once you unlock all waypoints go and use each one after another, you actually need to use them not just activate them, I didn’t use one in act 2 and when I used to the trophy popped
