Exploding arrow

I am level 19. My fire arrow is level 13. Exploding arrow says it can be unlocked at level 12. So my question is, why can It not be unlocked? Am I not seeing something? thanks

Did u put a point in Magic arrow and multishot? Have to, to unlock it

Thanks. Yes I use magic arrow all the time to save mana and arrows. Only use fire when its a higher mob. Wish it was more clear.

There are “arrows” on the skill tree that are known as “prerequisites” meaning you have to unlock certain skills before unlocking others. You’ll need 1 point in multishot as well in order to unlock explosive arrow (far as I remember)
