EULA ? Using my own pc as a server for streaming to my laptop?

Hi all

Did knot know wear to post. But…
I have an fairly old pc but runs d2r good. Can I install and use parsec or any other desktop remote on it and stream it to my laptop ? Is this considered cloud gaming IE. against the EULA ?
Any one know anything about this as I’m not good at the lawyer stuff.

PS. Does “virtual PCs running on cloud providers.” mean I cant have one of my pc’s running Hyper-V VM and if so witch device is not allowed to run d2r in hyper-v the server or the laptop ?
