this issue has reappeared for the last ~2 days. Can someone (the janitor, the last developer for d2r, the mailman) have a look PLEASE at this and do something?
It’s really frustrating once every 2 game creation fails with some weird connection error.

It wouldn’t be that bad if it didn’t take 5 minutes for the error to appear. It’s a massive waste of time.

This was happening a lot yesterday on the NA realms. It does get frustrating. On our end it manifests in a stuck in “creating game” scenario the first time we try to create a game, but the second time we try it works instantly. Rinse and repeat for each additional game we try to make.
Not fun.
Janitor might have a better chance at fixing things if he isn’t a DEI hire.

I went on to check if it affects other servers, and it’s not an issue on americas. Quick 20 nihlathak runs, all games created quickly and from first attempt.
I guess I’ll stay here. It’s just a little slower teleporting due to occasional double teleports, but otherwise very playable (ping 150-200)
