It doesnt replenish the Quantity at all.
I upgraded it, it was at Quantity 1 for like 10 Minutes, then I decided to go Melee some stuff with Jab, maybe it does something. Ofc it dropped to 0 (lucky me) and still didnt replenish anything in the past 10 minutes.
Im a tiny little bit afraid now that it just disappears when I log out so Ill post a Screenshot of it here - jk im not allowed to apparently. But I have a Screenshot, just in case someone needs it.
Can I log out without it disappearing? Its almost Perfect :[
Edit: Apparently I can post Links/Screenshots?

Edit 2: Just to be absolutly clear about the problem: My Brother found an ETH Titans, gave it to me. I upgraded it via Lem Pul PerfectE Cube recipe to a Matriarchal Javelin, equiped it. Said 1 Stack, didnt increase at all, no matter what I did or how long I waited. Went out of town, hit some Lightning Immunes with Jab to see the Damage, hoping it would turn something on. Lost the last stack while Jabbing (yay) and its just Red, sad, and not replenishing.

If I recall correctly replenishes quantity only works when you throw the javelins. If the quantity decreases due to using them as a melee weapon the auto-replenishment stops. Once you throw another one it resumes again.
What happened in this case is that a melee attack was used when the quantity was at 2 which caused the quantity to go down to 1 and cease replenishment. To fix this you should simply throw the last one, and it should begin to automatically replenish.
If you use a melee attack to reduce the quantity to 0 it’s likely bricked for good, so avoid doing that.

There was another forum post talking about how their eth upgraded titans were having a much, much slower replenish time than the non-upgraded version. This could be a similar bug.
This is great information to have, thanks. I’ve never used throwing weapons, but this seems like a serious game breaking bug.
sadly this is not exactly what happened. It didnt go down from 2 to 1 due to melee. It was a fresh, newly dropped Titans, which I did not use at all. Upgraded it and it was at Quantity 1 right away. Never used before. And well, then the 1 → 0 Melee thing…
Edit: Update: After I quit the game a few mins after posting this and logging back on right now, it started replenishing.
No Idea why, didnt change a thing really. Seems like its simply a Gamebug so that u gotta restart after Upgrading it.

You just need to re-create a game, they’ll start replenishing the quantity. I had the same problem, was scared at first too.
I also felt a reduction in the replenishment speed after the upgrade. Since the description of the item in many places says that it should restore one spear every 3 seconds, I was really confused. It looked like the weapon required twice the time to restore a single spear. So I made some simple tests with both eth upgraded and non-eth regular Titans and found out that they both restore 1 spear in around 5 seconds. I was really confused because ‘1 spear per 3 seconds’ is all over the internet. Not sure where these 3 seconds come from though.

Thanks very much for the info.
I have a lightning fury / charged strike Amazon and have an eth Titan to upgrade. I am doing research on internet before i actually upgrade it. It seems that i should not upgrade it after reading this.
The upgraded Titan (in Matriarchal Javelin form) has quantity of 1. After i throw a lightning fury, the quantity would become 0 and I need to wait for 5 second to replenish before I throw another lightning fury. Though the base damage is increased after upgrade, the rate of attack drops significantly. It is a DPS loss after upgrading, isn’t it?
Just confirmed. Upped my eth Titans, stack dropped to 1 and didn’t replenish. Quit the game and made a new one, then they started replenishing immediately. All is good besides a minor bug.
