The issues with this weapon lies within the classfication ( near the weapon speed)-it is very misleading. When I found the etheral base i looked up runewords in Arreat Summit and I found Oath which would make the weapon usable and Indestructable. However when i inserted the runes (in the correct order) my weapon stayed the same. I read online at the Arreat Summit that the Runeword would work in a Mace and the Legendary Mallet is a MACE classification. Is there any worth with a legendary mallet. Or does it just take space?
When it comes to runewords, legendary mallet is treated as “hammer” and not “mace”. Sadly runewords that require mace will not work.
