When I invite them, it said level restriction even though I unchecked that box, vice-versa, same for him to invite me. I have no issue to play with friends in the same region… i.e america to america. Please fix asap

I’m having issues joining games with the level restriction message as well
same here; unable to play with friends on asia or europe servers and vise versa. Also unable to trade, Need fixed ASAP please!!
Same here, I can’t join or invite my friends across different regions, it shows the “level restriction” problem, but we didn’t check out that setting either. Please fix it, thx, otherwise, the refund will be the solution.
Same! really serious impact on us! I couldn’t even trade with friends. I beg u to fix it… please….
I’m not being funny but Blizzard truly doesn’t care. 0 feedback and responses from them on anything these days, still no response to all the Diablo immortal backlash. And they clearly didn’t test this patch, as it took seconds to realise the problem. They also keep calling it a lobby, it’s not a lobby, it’s just a game list lol…
Many topics complaining about the same bug, zero feedback from blizzard, seems like they don’t give a crap to console players…
any updates on this? Its very tough to work through. The lobbies work great however at the loss of playing (and trading) with friends in other regions…
It’s been over 10 days since several bug reports about region switching issues on consoles have been filed around here, and Blizzard hasn’t responded not even to say they acknowledge the issue.
Since the last patch, we can’t play with friends on other parts of the world (diff servers) who have the same console and spent a few bucks for this game, while the company says nothing about it.
The “auto region switch” was just removed w/o giving console players te option to manually switch regions, as there is on pc.
Once again, dear Devs: please, fix this or at least say something about.

This is a known bug that our team is already working to resolve. So far it appears to be fixed in the latest PTR version of the game so they are making great progress! I don’t have any exact ETAs on when it will be resolved but we know at least by next patch if not before then.
