ONLY HAPPENS in act5 to my knowledge, on tp’s to throne of destruction
sometimes, when you enter the tp, it kicks you straight back to town.
others have this issue too

This can happen with any TP if the TP you have entered no longer exist (the character opened a new one while your transition was loading). Happens to me on a regular basis when I rush folks or join baalruns.
not once did this ever happen while a player left a game or attempted to re-make a new tp which makes me think its a bug
