You can have enigma with luck in 24hours in-game time. If its your full focus.

Enigma, Infi CTA are all perfectly fine. They are items you strive for like end goal.
Pala still has stronger convi so does Barb with BO.
Enigma allows everyone to have teleport so all is equal. Also it provides mf/str so it allows us to spend points elsewhere.
Enigma is endgame item that is not required but is a prize. For me it took 1month 4-6 hours a day no rushing to make enigma with breaks on weekends. So ± 20*4-6 = 80-120 hours.
But it was not my goal directly got Hoto/shako torch etc before I focused on enigma.
