I hope the ‘endless poison bug’ won’t be in the remaster.
It sometimes happens when being hit by those purple spiders in Act 3.
Unless it’s not a bug. But then that skill that poisons me sometimes must have a description like ‘inflicts 5.000.000 poison damage over 15 days’…

Yea poison is weird. I generally know exactly when I’m about to be poisoned in this kind of way and have a portal ready to talk to a healer.
I’ve been experiencing this. Poison that seems to have no end and hits pretty hard even though I have 90 resist to poison and over 50% reduced poison length. Something has to be broken with this.

yeah certain monsters have stupid long durations that eat your health gradually at best. 1mil dmg over 1 hour? lol
I can attest to that too. Very long times driving you down to 1 HP before you had enough and TP back to Malah.
In Classic poison was never much of an issue.
With this season the Oblivian Knights in Hell Chaos have ridiculous poison attacks.
I have to eat rejuv’s to stay alive.
Blizzard’s changes to D2R sometimes is like a bull in a china shop.
try making plague runeword for your merc if you dont like psn or curses. it pretty much makes curses n psn last for a few seconds

The new mlvl85 area, arachnid lair, there are green spiders that poison. It deals a ton of damage even with 85% poison damage.
I tested the poison with -75% poison duration reduction and it still lasted a very long time.
Don’t get hit by the green spiders! Feels busted

one thing you’ll notice after p[layting this game after a little bit of time … you will always be either cursed or poisoned in this game … it’s a given.
