I have not been able to start a game, keep getting 'the application encountered an unexpected error" is this becuase of servers are overloaded, or do I have a problem on my end? Restarted computer and ran as admin when lanching.

does your computer run AVX? if not then get a refund.
i5-1035g1 chip, which according to Google runs AVX. So I am hoping the error is on their end and will gix itself when they are not slammed
My friend had checked if he has AVX, he has same issue, launches game, goes into cinematics and then crashes.
I dont even get to cinematics. Hit Play, screen goes black for a half second, then back to battlenet screen with the error box.
Please provide a DxDiag report here. In the meantime, check that your GPU also meets the requirements.
