Enchant from the Sorceress occasionally doesn’t display its cast animation.
This bug is not limited to the PTR. I also encountered it in the normal realm using legacy graphics.

I think it works in this way:
No animation is applied when the character is already enchanted and your enchant level is less than the current enchant’s level.
