I have tried this build seems fun thou its not meta build. 44K throw dmg after enchant after 1/3 deduction its still about 14K of dmg. Please leave a comment on this build or if anything else works out better?
You have it about as faras it can go. There are just some hard limits on unusual build ideas

It works fine but the problem is you only get single target and are quickly surrounded unless you only use it for boss farm. ive used a pair of gloves with multi shot charges before can be fun with bow while the charges last, but not sure if it works with throw. Personally I just use passion and tele stomp zeal everything.
