Dual Claw IAS calculation?

Hey, I wanted to confirm an IAS thing I noticed on the IAS calculator. I’m using the d2.lc/ias calc (it’s the first one that pops up on google search and, i’m pretty sure, the one that Icy Veins links to). Anyway, It shows much more attainable break points when using a fast claw in the main hand and a slow claw in the off-hand. Is that correct?

For instance my max Claws of Thunder break point with a 20 IAS runic talon in the main hand are 45 with a War Fist in the offhand (10 base speed), but 70 with a Wrist Sword in the offhand (-10 base speed). The IAS of the offhand does not change these values.

I know I’ve heard people say main-hand IAS is the only weapon IAS that matters, and I just assumed that was the case for base speed as well.

Thank you for the replies!

They changed it with patch 2.4.
Weapon ias depends only on the mainhand weapon now.
