my experience as a mod author gives me enough insight in the game code to tell you nothing has been changed. you can look them up there are enough original files from 1.09 onwards till 2.4 and every change has been noted in a patch note. phrozen keep / d2mods.info has extensive resources on those topics
there are no stealth changes like you claim.

Drop rates are exactly the same as OG. And yes they are terrible and frustrating. But appearently botting is more difficult in D2R which leads to different trading prices.

nothing in there about stash size increase, the user interface, or anything introductory to the game in that garbage link you provided which isnt even relevant to the changes that were made to the game. They did not simply just upgrade teh graphics here buddy, they completely changed the way this game runs now. And they have now removed the original patch notes that they sold with this game. This dude has been going on non-stop with his forum temper tantrum for ~10 hours. Didn’t Stanner/Boggs do the same long stretches?
If he’d only spend that kind of time playing the game while also playing with some efficiency. He’d probably have some nice gear right now even with just 10 hours invested.

Torches are guaranteed buddy. Even people with zero luck and half a brain can farm torches. If you missed the train that’s on you. Had a 19/18 pally torch week 1.
Well he has 14 hours every day for playing so sadly for us 4 more hours to go here.

Thanks buddy. Gave my stuff away when I started my pause for ladder, but it’s already itching and OG D2 is hardly playable for me anymore.
I think the opposite. Drop rate, and especially runes, needs to be nerfed significantly.
Getting too many high runes lately.

I would like to think a trading guide on the forum here could be useful, but prices seem to fluctuate more wildly than your average Cryptocurrency, so its difficult to say if it would be useful for long, unless someone took the time to constantly update it.
