yes it stacks, but if more than one mob is on that same tile only one mob takes damage, also i dont think they every fixed -enemy fire resist gear working with the carpet fire.
tldr anything less than 100% pierce and 95% chance to hit on an immo zon is just wasting your life away. Immolation Arrow’s +% Attack Rating is not applied, bugged.
