Does feral rage actually increase fury damage, attack rating, and life steal?

Does feral rage actually increase fury damage, attack rating, and life steal? Because, when I look at my character stats, the stats don’t change even when the red ball is at the max size.

Feral Rage only increase Lifesteal and movement speed based on how many stack of it you have. The other values you see on it is for when you use the ability itself.

the damage of feral rage is when u use feral rage itself… maul is the bear skill that increases “damage to other skills” but wolf cant use it

feral just increases life steal and speed as said before

however it should be noticed that feral rage does NOT match what the tooltip says… its actaully lower
the correct values is
[slvl/2] x 4+12

because the damn thing is broken and has been for 20 years

Yeah, Feral Rage and Rabies are the 2 skills i’m hoping will be in next week’s pass. They’re the last two functionally broken skills left that they haven’t touched at all in 2.4.

well there is also hunger… but yeah

all rabies need is another synergy and for the duration to not scale per level

what i would like to see change is a rework of spirit of barbs to instead act like conviction for physical immunes (like how amp and decrepify work) but as an aura… at maybe 5+ 1% per level
