So i’ve only been playing for about 2 weeks now, played a bit of the oldschool when I was a kid but not a whole lot. I am trying to work up to enigma so I can mf on other classes and I had someone come into one of my games and tell me the best way to get ber is from duriel and that it’s a 1/42 rate. Am I about to waste the next 18 hours of my life running duriel or is this true?

Ber and jah both cost about $3 each if you want an enigma to actually build a non sorc. Or you could just play sorc.
You will not find ber and jah yourself.
Yeah… in my experience no monsters or act bosses can drop a Ber rune…
This game does not support RMT and your advertising it is poor form.

I’ve found both SSF, just because there is no moderation on this game whatsoever and it’s somewhat obvious that at least whoever designed the wretched new chat system is in league with RMT scum … doesn’t mean you should advocate for playing with your wallet. To each their own though, I guess … if you want to pay to ‘win’.
Trolled, Duriel is near worthless to run. High player count LK+ / Trav / Chaos / Cow / TZ are where you should be looking.

, though I include the WSKs. LK, Trav and Cows in a 7 player game is the absolute best in my experience. Don’t forget 2 Sur can make a Ber.

I am still relatively new to this beautiful game, but would still consider this as a joke.
However, few days ago when I killed him in TZ, he dropped 8 (EIGHT!) TPs and nothing else.
I thought it was a bug or something, maybe loot dropped out of my monitor:rofl:

Duriel no quest, no TZ and P1 has a 1:42 945 chance to drop Ber.
So there a 42 in there but it doesn’t stop there

I stopped running nihlatak for keys and ran duriel instead for a week and got 15 bers so far
When he died, just sound of strange drop and a bunch of TPs only, I swear.
Was searching all chamber “where the hell is loot” way.
Maybe were 6 or 8 of them, now when I think it is possible 6, but really have 8 of them in memory. No way less than 6 though.
I also had Countess with no drop at all 2 times. Nothing, nada, zero. Not even an El rune or HP. That’s my luck.
But 19/20/10 and 20/20/9 Annies were different story:-)
