In patch 2.4 the Faster Hit Recovery in PvP was changed to help “balance” PvP. It was a complete miss, and has ruined the game completely. If the FHR change was actually to help balance PvP and to make the PvP community enjoy the game more, please listen to us now when we tell you that it has RUINED THE GAME.
Simply reverting back to 2.3 fhr would make the game much more enjoyable. Please listen to your community …

Sure they listen, but only to enforce a nanny state.

Does it look like they do?

Should be obvious it is no. These developers are working on a game they had nothing to do with originally. They barely have time to code let alone play the game to understand it especially for end game/PvP balance… And you expect them to develop the game properly?

They listen to the wrong community - aka not you and yours.

1000%… they got a talented team from VV to work on D2R, absorbed them into blizz and many have since already moved onto working on D4. I look at D2R as a small gift to the community even with the silly changes & updates no one asked for but just a stepping stone for a real $60 game…

Pretty frustrating that none of these topics even get a response from the forum moderators. Can’t even tell if they read the topics

Still waiting on them to listen to us asking to move Cain next to the stash in Act 5.

I’m leaning towards the conclusion that they are largely just going to do whatever they want. They for sure aren’t going to listen to anything that is said on the forums, unless it’s to moderate. You have to be a popular streamer to have any inkling of a voice.

To be fair, they at least fixed some minor bugs that have been reported.
Yeah, well that should happen, pending people are reporting the bugs in the proper avenue… AKA the Bug report forum.
Is this some sort of nerf on FHR? I do see why such nerfs exist. And yes it is to “balance” the game more. As for me, I don’t mind such nerfs of existing. But I do see other players want to keep abusing the old mechanics that should have been fixed a long time ago. It’s best to just deal with it and find ways around it.
They only listen to streamers: free advertising.

Blizzard is the worst company in whole entire world.
They will once again show that with D4
Thanks to this guy for the proper comment he did QUOTE:

From what I’ve read from people that were in beta, the itemization is just like D3 and smart loot showers you with class specific loot, just like D3, which would make trading pointless even if it was implemented. I’m sure it will sell outstandingly well in the age of mindless consumers but it will be another shallow, cash grab game from Blizzard.
They intentionally increased drops. Gambling was like getting uniques in 3-4 tries. But this is because there were just a few weeks of beta. This is why they added 50% exp increase to allow players to get as many high lvl character they could. In the final version this is not going to be the case.
They only listen to the community when they need a good laugh
