On my merc, I am currently using
Gface with ias/ed jewel
Insight eth gpa
Chain of Honor on a eth lacquered plate
I find this setup to be very ideal because CoH gives me life leech. Gface gives me crushing blow and i am able to enjoy meditation aura from insight.
How many of you guys use this setup?
I use below ones:
Blizz Sorc - Gface/eth Fort/eth Reaper’s (shael)
Gf/mf Barb - upped CoT (lem)/eth Fort/eth Bonehew (shael + ed/ias jewel)
Javazon - Andariel’s (ral)/eth Fort/eth Infinity (thresher)
You can also try the 8LL tiara socket with 40/15 and eth upped rattlecage chamd
Man. I am an idiot. Rattlecage is a much cheaper option.
For my gf barb I recently started using a5 merc with dual grief, arreats face, and fortitude… love it!

You can UM a rattlecage if you need resistance

Issue with rattlecage is that def. Is too low. I think duress might be better.
Edit. Even after upping it, it looks like it still hovers at 1000ish from the internet photos. I wonder if that is enough.

What about the fleeing monsters on the rattlecage, does it get annoying?
