does pindle drop anything good?
They used to, in fact there used to be pindle-bots because he was quick and easy and had a high treasure class. But now with terror zones I don’t know that he’s as important although he can still drop almost any item in the game.
yes hes not too bad, can be super repetitive but he can drop almost everything

Super boring. If you want to play like a robot you may as well use a robot.
It works but it’s not the best. His high rune drop rate is pretty bad. Trav is waaay better. Way more wealth with less runs on a hork barb.
I love doing pindle at the start of ladder, its so easy and can drop ever item except for 3 items. Makes it real easy to get budget MF gear, just get some boots/gloves from a vendor for 20-30 mf each, a 4os armor with 4 ptopazes and a 3os helm with 3 ptopazes with random mf rings and amulets i find while leveling and you can easily have 300 mf which puts a lot of good gear at decent drop chances considering it takes 60 seconds.
Throw in shenk and eldrich and after a day or 2 of farming you can be pretty decked out either from stuff you find, or from trading the good pieces you find that you don’t need.
Trav is definitely better but it is much harder early in ladder. Usually the first day is spent getting yourself to hell then another couple days gearing.
Pindle + halls is easily the best mf spot imo. Start by taking down Pindle then work up the halls. All the way up to Nihlathak. Clear champions, uniques, and high density flayers in the halls. Great area for all around mfing.
If you’re not a sorc pindle is almost always the best place to farm until you get geared out enough for other areas. Terrorized pindle can drop any item in the game and pindle is twice as effective on an item find barbarian.
