Do Die Facets Stack

Hello, does anyone know if Die Facets Stack?

I understand that if I had 4 different die facets and died, all 4 would proc. But my question is….

If I had 6 poison Die facets in a pb?

would the die effect stack to level 300?
Or would it just be Level 51 still?

Or would it proc 6 times?

I want to make a silly a5 bomber merc.
