Disconnected and hard reconnecting

game is spiky and keeps on disconnecting since yesterday…i have a good net connection

Hey i have been having the same problems for weeks now. Internet is great, all other games work great, and d2r is lagging on switch, xbox, AND pc. Blizzard will not help at all! I have been after them for 3 or 4 hours this morning and they will only copy and paste prewritten suggestions that i have already told them ive tried

Worse yet they suggested i use the “/fps” command, to find more info. When i report that typing /fps in does nothing they refuse to answer why they suggested that. It appears to me that “tech support” has absolutely no idea how to help, or is even familiar with this game.
