Hello please help me with this problem yesterday i change on my mercenary act 3 - fire my armor and helm went to kill pindel then leave the game make new game … OPen my mercenary and armor and helm was missing … i told may be i drop them on ground instead of putting on merc… i check all my stash and the armor and helm was missing. I put other armor and other helm kill the pindel make a new game ANd same problem in the new game i open my mercenary and armor and helm wasnt there > >?
Today just checked now happen the same problem putting armor and helm on my mercenary act 3 - fire going to kill pindel then save and exit jumping to the new game and my mercenary is without armor and helm again
I having a video of my problem now only the helm start missing but good i catch it on video having it on my Phose… Please if someone can help me to stop happne this problem and bring my items back
What helm and armor did you put on your merc?
Do you use or have lots of crafted items in your inverntory or personal stash (1st stash tab)?
Hello FIrst time happen this to me yesterday i change my mercenary act 3 fire - Phaet i think was its name I change armor with *Ormus 3firebaal15%fire + 5/5 f - facet
and helm Circlet 2sors-20cast-2socket +5/5 f -facets
Secound game i saw my armor and helm missing told that may i drop them as some iiot… and i put Viper skin 5/5 fire facet and Tiara 35 better chance ( 3 sockets -5/5 f -facets
Happen the same thing next game they dissapear and i text straight away blizzard
I told my story they said to me to come here and try to speak
I leave my account and i wait until today when i got reply to my ticket,
I join today to see if the problem will be there try 1 time with armor and helm from shop happen the same they dissapear after killing pindel and making a new game … but went to change my mercenary this time and put 1 more tiarawith 33 Better (3 ist runes)
and russet armor ( with perfect ametyst for strenght ) then kill pindel and make new game my helm only was missing this time … ANd i get shocket i took my phone and make a video and send it to blizzard on instagram because cant find a way to convert my file from my Iphone…
on video i put 1 dream helm runeword and dissapear … Since that haapen i wrote all that on ticket reply and dont want to play again until i get support to bring this 5 immportant items for me. not the dream for dream im not gonna cry… And im Waiting to see if they can tell me if it possible for them to bring my items back on my stash and then i will reinstal my windows and d2r… ALso because i think the only way of this happening is good hacking skills of some chinese people and i think they found a way to manipulate the registrator system of blizzard… PLease still need help to take my items back and start playing again… to bad mood for me… to many friends playing and talking now stuck…
FYI: +class skills like on that circlet do not work on Iron Wolfs. If you want to increase this merc’s skil level you have to use either +all skills i.e. Harlequin Crest or +fire skills i.e. Flickering Flame.
Given the items you lost you must either be very lucky in finding them or pretty rich (in-game) to get those. Naturally it hurts not knowing what’s going on.
Besides: you did not answer my second question.
Do you use or have lots of crafted items in your inventory or personal stash (the 1st stash tab)? Add-on question: is your inventory / 1st stash page filled with 1-slot items (amulets, rings, runes, jewels, small charms)?
This is important to know because there is a savefile bug in combination with too many irems / crafted items on a character which can result in some of his items being lost. Best way to avoid this: keep only larger items (4+ slot) in personal stash, move small and crafted items to shared stash.
Seeing that switching your merc had an effect hints even more to this savefile problem because the merc and his gear are stored in the character savefile.
Last: regardless how this turns out, lost items are lost and won’t be back. All you can do is prevent more loss.

excuse for not answering your second question and i got in stash personal ( plenty of jewels, and bugged durability items such a rare and magic items.
I dont know when we got buggs still existing what we talking about… this game is FUll of bugs, Chinese got Bots for it… Makeing Run after run with 1400 mf … leaving the game and going separate second bot in game of the first one so he can only pick and identify making the game dropping calculation crazy of the first bot… bcz is just making game like crazy may they also use a teleport and telekinezis… putting second hero to open the bodys with barberian 1050 mf … and thank you very much BUt you see normal people like me get … in troble for nothing i will reinstal my game and buy me new stuff.
