i tried with low mf, from 0 to reguliar gear i wear while doing mf runs in nearly all lvl 85s areas and i never found a white diadem, i found a big variety of white items, but a diadem, never, where are they? since they are supposed to be really good for charsi quest
They drop from time to time like Archon armors when you are not looking for them. Murphy’s Law.

Yes but they don’t drop often. Very rare. I didn’t know about the Charsi quest trick with the diadem so used tiaras to embue but they worked very well.
Come think of it, I have never seen a plan diadem.
The only one I have seen is unique, but then it is an eth hahaha.
I didn’t know about the Charsi quest working especially well with diadems until the streamer video. He also said the tiara is also good for the quest but not as good. My tiara from the Charsi quest got 2 to Necro skills, 20% FCR, 20 resists all, and other mods. I am happy.

350% mf , I found alot in the pit Act 1 plan, blue, green, gold
I have seen 1 white one drop in one of the 85 areas. I have seen a few blues and a few rares. I tried rerolling a rare one that Diablo dropped a few times with the P Skull recipe, but it didn’t get anything good. haha
They are rare to see, but they do drop. Your best bet if farming the 85 areas, but even then, Diadems are not common.
Found a few in cows. Happy hunting.
I found one today doing MF in world stone. You can also re-roll them with 6 perfect skull if you got a Rare one with the Cube.
its like sacred armor, drops very rarely
Ive had about 5 drop in the last 2 weeks. Imbued them all, got nothing but crap. Imbuing is about as good as gambling tbh. You dont need to get so hung up about it
Looking for diadem to make imbue is waste of time since we have fast gamble now.

Found 3 the other day in the pits farming for my 5os phase blade.
Highly recommend running the pits. Even with 200% mf I got 3 white to drop
